Concealed Weapons Defense (“CW Defense”) on behalf of CW Consulting, LLC (“CWC”) (collectively “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates various websites and subdomains under the www.concealed weaponsdefense.com and www.calvinweeks.com domains, as well are related mobile application(s) (hereinafter referred to as the “Service” or “Services”). CW Defense and CWC training and membership is available only to residents of the United States, excluding residents of California, New York, New Jersey and Washington, over the age of 18. We do not market to or accept members from locations outside of the U.S.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Services and the choices you have associated with that data.

Our Online Community collects information from you when you register on our site and gathers data when you participate in the forum by interacting with content there.

Our members and non-members are able to participate on third-party platform forums associated with the USCCA, Cabela’s Shield or CW Defense (such as the CWC Facebook page or the Google My Business page).

These platforms are considered to be “public forums” so the information you post is “public information”. Public information is information that is public and can be seen by anyone, at any time, and can be shared on any platform or website.

We reserve the right to utilize any posts, comments, or reviews made by any person on any USCCA, Cabela’s Shield or CW Defense webpage, the USCCA community pages, and on any third-party platform forum associated with the USCCA, Cabela’s Shield or CW Defense for marketing purposes.

Our website and community have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We employ strict security measures to safeguard online transactions; personal information is stored in a secured database and is always sent via an encrypted Internet channel.

Choice/Opt-In

Our site gives users the opportunity to opt-in to receive communications from us and our partners. If you were sent to our site by one of our partners, registered on a co-branded webpage or signed up for a class/other offer provided by one of our third-party partner’s, we will share your information with that partner. Membership in the CW Defense may be advertised and sold as membership in USCCA, Cabela’s Shield, in partnership with Bass Pro LLC. Therefore, your information may be shared with Bass Pro LLC. You can be assured that we never sell your information to any unaffiliated entities.

This site also gives users the option to remove their information from our database in order to stop receiving communications or our service.
